Calling the Variable View 

Use

The variable view allows a select view of the entered data. You can use the variable view to obtain an overview of all data with a particular processing status.

You want to use the variable view to display all approved data in the current data entry period.

Procedure

  1. Call the screen for displaying or maintaining the time sheet.
  2. Choose Variable view

    3. In the Select status dialog box, all the available processing statuses are displayed in a list.

  3. Select all the processing statuses you want to be displayed in the variable view and choose Continue.

The Time Sheet: Variable View screen appears. All data records with the relevant processing status are highlighted.
