Defining the Calculation Schema for Downtime Default Values
Use
The default values for downtimes are calculated by the system. The system usually calculated the times of the downtime elements that are assigned to the capacity category relevant for scheduling. If you want to include durations of downtimes from other capacity categories in the calculation, you must maintain the downtime schema accordingly.
Prerequisites
You have assigned all the downtime elements that are relevant for your enterprise to capacity categories.
You are on the Enter Downtimes screen and have selected a resource there.
Procedure
The Calculation Schema for Downtimes screen appears.
The system imports the downtime elements that are assigned to the capacity categories relevant for scheduling to the Downtimes selected group box.

You can copy from a calculation schema that has already been defined for a different resource. Enter the plant and resource description of the calculation schema you want to copy.
If you want to change a calculation schema that already exists, choose
.
If you want to add another downtime element, select it and choose
. The system makes another input line available. Enter the downtime element there.
In the Capacity category defined and Capacity category considered group boxes, the capacity categories that are assigned to the selected downtime element are displayed.
