Entering General Data on Attendance and Absence 

  1. Choose the confirmation detail screen for individual time entry (see Individual Time Confirmation Using Order/Operation Number and Individual Time Confirmation Using Confirmation Number).
  2. Enter the personnel number of the relevant employee.
  3. Choose Environment ® Attend./Absences.
  4. A screen appears where you can enter general attendances and absences for a week, and also move to other weeks.

    Make the required entries with regard to attendances and absences. For information on how to proceed, see Time Management.

  5. Save the attendances and absences data.
  6. You return to the confirmation detail screen.

  7. Save the completion confirmation.
