Confirming the Production Order

Use

The production of the cabin and motor is represented in simplified form in this process because the integration of the Project System with production but not with the processes within production is to be represented.

The routings for planning group E-1000 both consist of a roughly structured sequence of activities.
A milestone activity closes each sequence.
The milestone components have been assigned with the Backflush indicator.
The milestone activities were created with the Automatic Goods Receipt flagged.

The system automatically posts the following when an order is finally confirmed:

The services rendered in the individual activities
The goods issues for the components used
The goods receipts to project stock for the assemblies produced

Prerequisites

To be able to post all goods movements in the procurement phase, you must release the WBS elements to which assignments are to be made.

In this example, E-####-2 is the top WBS element in the procurement subhierarchy. The lower-level WBS elements are the account assignment elements for the procurement activities in the network.

Procedure

Call up the transaction as follows:
