Wage Type Processing with the Toolbox 

Use

In payroll, wage types are important stores of information which are used to calculate wages and salaries. The wage type is particularly important in the Interface Toolbox, which was developed to export payroll results from the Human Resources (HR) component to a third-party system.

Special, enhanced processing rules apply for particular functions in the Interface Toolbox to meet the demands made on the wage types. These processing rules differ from the processing rules for individual functions. This concerns the following functions:
