Accessing the Usage History

Prerequisites

You have reduced the document item by an amount.

Procedure

Access the display, change, or reduce function for the funds commitment.

Select a document item.

Choose Environment ® Transfer control.

Result

The system displays a list of the reduction amounts entered, containing the following information:

Document amount

Open amount
