You can change various settings in the table area of the Gantt chart and the overviews.

Select fields or columns in the Gantt chart or the overviews

Double-click on the column titles or for the Gantt chart choose Settings ® Field selection

The graphical evaluation is dependent on the displayed fields and their values.

You can select up to sixteen fields for the table area.

The settings are saved with the project in the project planning board profile.

Move columns

Move column with drag and drop or choose Settings ® Field selection

The settings are saved with the project in the project planning board profile.

Change column width

Click on the line between fields and, keeping the mouse button pressed, move the line or choose Settings ® Field selection

The settings are saved with the project in the project planning board profile.

Change title of Gantt chart and overviews

Double-click on title

In the standard system the title of the Gantt chart is the project definition. For the overviews the system uses the name of the overview as the default, e.g. Component overview.

These settings are not saved.

Change column title

Double-click on title of Gantt chart or overview

The column titles have the field labels as defaults.

The changes you make are not saved.

Change the contents of fields in the table area

Choose Settings ® Edit ® Change table

Switches on change mode for date fields (except actual dates) and the Description and Identification fields. You then overwrite the contents of these fields directly in the table area.

You cannot change the description of activities that have the network number displayed.
