Entering Data for Milestone Functions 

Prerequisite

You have created a milestone for an activity.

Procedure

  1. Select the milestone and choose Details ® Milestone
  2. Choose the Functions tab page.
  3. Set the Functions indicator.
  4. Select one or more milestone functions and determine the parameters for triggering them.

    5. You can enter additional parameters for triggering milestone functions by choosing Parameters In the following table those functions are listed for which you have to maintainadditional parameters.

    Milestone Functions

    Necessary Parameter

    Include standard network

    Standard network and alternative, predecessor and successor activities

    Create Network

    standard network, alternative and network type

    Include subnetwork

    Standard network, alternative and activity

    Start workflow task

    (standard) workflow task

     

  5. Choose Back.
  6. Save your data.
