Maintaining Activities in the Gantt Chart 

To create new activities in the project planning board, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the WBS element for which you want to create the activity.
  2. Select the menu options Edit ® Activity ® Create.

    3. A dialog box appears.

  3. Edit the data for the activity.

The activity is inserted.
  1. Double click on the activity in the project planning board to call up the detail screen for work data.
