Procedure
You can keep complete document list as follows:
You can send document lists using SAPoffice to user of the R/3-System or to external addresses such as Internet addresses.

When you send the print list within the R/3 System the recipient receives the SAPoffice document in the Business Workplace inbox. The recipient can then display the document as follows: Office ® Workplace ® inbox ® Unviewed documents.
You can save the list in a file that is managed by your file system.
