Displaying the Maintenance Orders Created 

Prerequisites

If a maintenance call has the status Called or Completed, a maintenance order exists in the system for that call. You can display the maintenance order from the call history or from the maintenance plan.

Displaying from the Call History

  1. In the maintenance schedule screen, choose:
  2. Goto ® Display calls ® Scheduled calls or

    Goto ® Display calls ® Manual calls.

    If you want to display older maintenance calls, choose Edit ® Selection date and enter the required selection date.

    The system shows the list according to the selection date.

  3. Select the call to which you want to assign the maintenance order and choose Goto ® Display orders.
  4. You reach the screen for displaying orders by call number.

  5. Double-click on the number of the maintenance order that you want to display.
  6. This takes you to the maintenance order central header screen.

  7. To return to the list of orders by call number, choose Goto ® Back. To display other orders in the list, proceed as described above.
  8. Return to the call history.

Displaying the Last Call from the Maintenance Plan

  1. Choose Prev.MaintPlans ® <Change/Display>.
  2. You reach the initial screen for displaying or changing maintenance plans.

  3. Enter the number of the maintenance plan you want to display or change.
  4. Choose Environment ® Last call.

The system displays the last maintenance order created.
