Status of the Call History
The status displayed in the call history indicates what has happened to a maintenance call. The following status types exist in the call history:
The system generates
maintenance call objects (for example, maintenance orders) for the call.
The system generates a maintenance call object as soon as you save the maintenance plan.
The planned date for the maintenance call is fixed and is not affected by any scheduling changes.
All the call dates generated for this maintenance plan are locked. The system does not generate any maintenance call objects for the dates in this maintenance plan until the calls are unlocked by a status change.
The maintenance call has been confirmed.
The call date has been skipped. No maintenance order is created for this date.
The system only generates a maintenance call object for the call date. Until this date, the call has the status On hold.
If all the maintenance call objects for a planned date have been confirmed, the maintenance call obtains the status Completed. In other words, for this status, the technical completion is decisive for orders, the completion is decisive for notifications, and the acceptance is decisive for service entry sheets.
If you confirm manually in the maintenance plan, the system sets this status independently of the status of the call object.
