Creating Relationships in the Graphic Area 

Use

You can create relationships between network activities in the graphic area of the project planning board.

Procedure

  1. Choose to activate the connection mode.

    2. All relationships are displayed in the graphic area and the mouse pointer takes the form of a pencil.

  2. Position the pencil on the activity, from which you want to draw a relationship. Press the left mouse button and move the mouse pointer on the activity to which you want to link.

    3. The activities are connected by a line.

    Deactivate the connection mode by clicking outside the graphic area. The following figure shows you the way to draw the line to create the different types of relationships.

  3. After you have created the relationship, choose again.

The connect mode is switched off.
