Definition

Defines the conditions under which a recipient list can be used.

Use

You determine in the context whether:

• You want the receipt of dcuments to be confirmed

• You want the distribution order to be expanded with enterprise-specific data.

When you start document distribution, you can enter a context to restrict the recipient lists that are selected. Only the recipients that are maintained in recipient lists with this context are selected.

Procedure
The special character * defines that a recipient list is not explicitly assigned to a context.
If you enter context * when you start document distribution, all recipient lists are read, including recipient lists that were created explicitly for a context.

Examples

Existing recipient lists with context:

The recipient list is selected as follows:

• If you start distribution with context *, all recipient lists are read.

• If you start distribution with context NEW_REL, the TEST-01 recipient lists are read.
