Allocate individual signatures

In this IMG activity, you assign the individual signatures to signature strategies. These signatures can or must then be executed when the strategy is used.

You can assign the same individual signature several times or assign several different individual signatures of the same authorization group. When carrying out the signature strategy, however, every user of the authorization group may only execute one signature.

Note:
When you save your assignments, the system assigns a counter to each individual signature you have assigned. This counter identifies each individual signature assignment within the signature strategy. However, it does not influence the signature sequence when the strategy is carried out.

Activities

1. Select the signature strategy to which you want to assign individual signatures and choose Assign individual signatures.

2. To assign new signatures, choose New entries.

3. Enter the keys for the required individual signatures.

4. Save your settings.
