Define Copying Rules for Item Texts

In this step, you define the copying rules for item texts in RFQs.

You use copying rules to determine which texts can be adopted from other objects (for example, vendor master records, contracts) to the item text of the RFQ. You link text types in the RFQ with text types in other objects.

You can adopt item texts from the following objects:

If you want to modify these links to fit your requirements, proceed as follows:

1. Select the text type required and choose Text linkages.
2. Enter the source object required (for example, RFQ) and the source text (for example, header text).
