Maintain output per partner function

In this step, you assign the valid outputs to the partner functions in the document management system (application CV ).
For each combination of outputs and partner functions, you must define a type of output processing.

Requirements

The outputs must be defined.

Actions

1. Enter a defined output.
2. Enter the partner function allowed.
Define the type of output (for example, printout, telefax, e-mail).
