You can use the history of the serial number master record to ascertain which procedures have affected the serial number. You can find all documents that have been created for the serial number here:

• Production and refurbishment order
• Handling unit
• Maintenance and service notification
• Maintenance and service order
• Physical inventory
• Sales order
• Delivery (inbound delivery, outbound delivery)
• Inspection lot
• Goods document
• Maintenance plan
• Maintenance contract

Select History on the SerData tab in the serial number master record. You can branch directly from there to the relevant documents.
