Activate Event-Receiver Linkage 

The event created for the object type BUS2007 (maintenance order) is the triggering event for the workflow template WS20000014 and is entered in the event linkage table in the standard system as such. To ensure that the workflow can be started, the linkage between the triggering event and the standard task as the receiver of the event must be activated in the development environment for the SAP Business Workflow.

To activate the linkage in your system, proceed as follows:

  1. From the main menu, select Tools ® Business Engineer ® Customizing.

    2. The system displays the initial screen for the Customizing application.

  2. From the menu bar, select Implement. projects ® SAP Reference IMG.

    3. The system displays the screen Display Structure: SAP Reference IMG.

  3. In the IMG structure, choose Basis Components ® Business Management ® SAP Business Workflow ® Perform task-specific Customizing.
  4. In the screen for task-specific customizing, choose Plant Maintenance ® Maintenance Order Management ® Maintenance Orders ® Activate event linking.
  5. Activate the event linkage for the workflow template WS20000014 (PMO maintenance planner).
