To ensure the integrity of the business data in the SAP System, you can create authorizations for transactions to restrict access to data. A user is then only able to log on to the system if a user master record with the corresponding password exists for that user. The user master record restricts user activities in the SAP System.

• Internet security
• System passwords
• Database access
• Transport system
• Individual directory structures for the SAP System and so on
