Use

Packing is an independent function within logistics. You can create handling units and assign material items at any point in the packing dialog by entering a packaging material.

You can pack the handling units you created into other handling units, and so on, forming as many packing levels as you like (multi-level packing).

Features

You can use packaging materials and auxiliary packaging materials to create handling units. You can also assign the following material items to handling units:

Reservation items
Finished products from work orders
Finished products from repetitive manufacturing
Delivery items
Material items without document reference
