Flagging a Functional Location for Deletion 

Prerequisites

Before you flag a functional location for deletion you should be fully aware of the consequences that this may have. For more information on this, see Flagging Master Records for Deletion.

Setting Deletion Flags

  1. Select the functional location in the change mode.
  2. Choose FunctLocation ® Functions ® Deletion flag ® Set.

    3. The system sets the status "Flagged for deletion" for the master record.

  3. Save the master record.

Resetting Deletion Flags

  1. Select the functional location in the change mode.
  2. Choose FunctLocation ® Functions ® Deletion flag ® Reset.

    3. The system then removes the status "Flagged for deletion" for the master record.

  3. Save the master record.
