Flagging a Reference Functional Location for Deletion 

Prerequisites

Before you set a deletion flag for a reference location, you should be fully aware of the effect and consequences that this may have. For more information on this, see Flagging Master Records for Deletion.

Setting Deletion Flags

  1. Select the reference location in the change mode.
  2. Choose Reference location ® Functions ® Deletion flag ® Set.

    3. The system sets the status "Flagged for deletion" for the master record.

  3. Save the master record.

Resetting Deletion Flags

  1. Select the reference location in the change mode.
  2. Choose Reference location ® Functions ® Deletion flag ® Reset.

    3. The system then removes the status "Flagged for deletion" for the master record.

  3. Save the master record.
