Use
Note

Starting with the initial delivery date, the app is delivered with each support package stack of the respective SAP Fiori product. This document only lists support package stacks in which the app has been enhanced or changed. If the app was not changed in a particular support package stack, then this support package stack is not mentioned in this document.

The Manage Material Coverage app has been enhanced as follows:

SAP Fiori for SAP ERP 1.0 SPS 8 (Delivery Date 10/2015)

New/Enhanced Key Features

New key features:

  • You can now change the shortage definition in the Manage app.

  • You can now view an aggregated table in which the same MRP elements for the same day are aggregated into one line.

  • A quickview with further information is now available for materials.

  • A new icon in the stock/requirements list indicates if a receipt element is past due.

  • You can now display, edit and enter notes for the material on a separate tab page.

  • You can now perform the MRP run and view the results in the stock/requirements list.

  • You can now open the delivery schedule for materials with scheduling agreements and solve the shortage by creating or changing schedule lines or creating releases.

  • You can open a list of goods movements for a material from the delivery schedule and view additional material information.

Enhanced key features:

  • The app has been renamed from Manage Material Shortages to Manage Material Coverage, since it is now possible to manage the coverage of all materials within an area of responsibility, not only those with shortages.

New/Enhanced Extensibility Options

New extensibility options:

  • New Blocks and Fields for the Quickviews

    You can now add blocks with additional fields at the end of each quickview or add fields at the end of an existing block.
