With Top Opportunities, you can display the opportunities in which you are the employee responsible.
With this KPI, you can check the following information:
The top n opportunities (where n corresponds to the number of opportunities specified by you in Select Top Opportunities).
Expected sales volume (weighted and unweighted) of the default top n opportunities (or the current selection with the slider)
Top 3 analysis stages displayed by priority
Expected sales volume (weighted and unweighted) of the all opportunities
The opportunities corresponding to the different priorities defined in the CRM back-end system (for example, very high, high, medium, or low); the top 3 priorities corresponding to the number of opportunities are displayed
The grouping of opportunities that are due within the week, month, quarter, or beyond the quarter
The sales stage and the analysis stage
The expected sales volume (both weighted and unweighted)
The opportunities grouped by:
Individual opportunity
Closing date
Priority
Analysis stage
Column charts and diamond charts that allow you to view the opportunities corresponding to various groupings
Additional details from drilling down into specific components of the chart
Filtered values, using the filter control for sales stages, accounts, and priorities; and the slider control for months
Note
When you specify a time period using the slider control, the column charts, diamond charts, and the KPI charts are dynamically refreshed to display data corresponding to the new time period.

Grouped by opportunity
By default, the chart displays individual opportunities grouped according to the value (currency) of the expected sales volume (weighted and unweighted).
In the first level of the drill-down, you can view basic details such as the opportunity name, expected sales volume (weighted and unweighted), account, sales stage, closing date, priority, and chance of success. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose View Details to navigate to the My Opportunities app (transactional).
Grouped by month
In this grouping, the chart displays individual opportunities mapped against the chance of success and the corresponding month.
In the first level of the drill-down, you can view basic details such as the opportunity name, expected sales volume (weighted and unweighted), account, sales stage, closing date, priority, and chance of success. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose View Details to navigate to the My Opportunities app (transactional).
Grouped by quarter
In this grouping, the chart displays individual opportunities mapped against the chance of success and the corresponding quarter.
In the first level of the drill-down, you can view basic details such as the opportunity name, expected sales volume (weighted and unweighted), account, sales stage, closing date, priority, and chance of success. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose View Details to navigate to the My Opportunities app (transactional).
Grouped by priority
In this grouping, the chart displays the value of opportunities (currency) mapped priorities.
In the first level of the drill-down, you can view the list of opportunities corresponding to the selected priority. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific opportunity and navigate to the My Opportunities app (transactional). Alternatively, you can choose View Details to view the chart grouped by opportunity.
Grouped by analysis stage
In this grouping, the chart displays the opportunities grouped by sales stages mapped to the value of the opportunities (currency). The sales stages are mapped to the corresponding analysis stages in the CRM back-end system.
In the first level of the drill-down, you can view the list of opportunities corresponding to the selected sales stage. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific opportunity and navigate to the My Opportunities app (transactional). Alternatively, you can choose View Details to view the chart grouped by opportunity.
