My Tasks

With the transactional app My Tasks on a desktop PC or a mobile device, you can see an overview of what you need to take care of by a specific date, since it gives you access to your tasks from the CRM back end. If you change tasks or create new ones within the app, they are synchronized with the CRM back end, and are also visible to colleagues there if you do not mark the task as private.

Note that this app version is deprecated. We recommend that you install the app available with the software component UICRM001 100. If you have already implemented the deprecated version, we recommend to switch to the version available with component UICRM001 100.

Key Features

Display all tasks that are still open, completed, or due today or this week
Note that the filter functions Due Today and Due This Week, the setting of the due date, and the display of overdue tasks may function inaccurately if the user time zone in the back end does not match the browser time zone in the front end.
Create tasks with specific transaction types
Set existing tasks to completed, change existing tasks, or create new ones
Search for tasks with specific words in the title, or tasks in connection with a specific account or contact
Create follow up tasks, follow up opportunities, and follow up appointments.
View and edit the status of a task
Attach documents to a task

The app offers the possibility to directly access other apps to display detailed information, and to edit and create data.

System Landscape Requirements

The app consists of front-end components (such as the user interfaces) and back-end components (such as the OData service). The back-end and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori.
