App History: My Leads

Use

Note

Starting with the initial delivery date, the app is delivered with each support package stack of the respective SAP Fiori product. This document only lists support package stacks in which the app has been enhanced or changed. If the app was not changed in a particular support package stack, then this support package stack is not mentioned in this document.

The My Leads app has been enhanced as follows:

SAP Fiori 1.0 for SAP CRM SPS 10 (Delivery Date 07/2016)

New/Enhanced Key Features

New key features:

You can create new leads.
You can create follow-up opportunities, leads, tasks, and appointments.
You can use the app in offline mode. For more information about the features of the app in offline mode, see My Leads.

If you want to deploy the app for offline use, you need to implement and configure it, then package it for installation on mobile devices. For more information about packaging, see Preparing SAP Fiori Apps for Offline Use.

New/Enhanced Extensibility Options

New extensibility options:

You can use new extension hooks and extension points to extend fields and tabs on the app UI. For more information about the extensibility options, see App Extensibility: My Leads.

If you extend the CRM_BUPA_ODATA service and use the app offline, register your additional or extended entities in Customizing for SAP CRM, under Start of the navigation path Customer Relationship Management Next navigation step Transactions Settings for Leads Define Settings for the "My Leads" App Register Extensions for CRM OData Service End of the navigation path . SAP Fiori 1.0 for SAP CRM SPS 6 (Delivery Date 04/2015)

This app version has now been enabled to also run on the following lower back-end releases:

SAP CRM 7.0 SPS 6 or higher
SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP CRM 7.0 SPS 3 or higher
SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP CRM 7.0 SPS 1 or higher

If you want to run the app on a lower back-end release, you have to install the back-end components of the app separately. The back-end components of the app are delivered with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM (software component GBX02CRM 700). For the back-end releases listed above, SAP recommends that you use both the front-end and back-end components of the app as provided with SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM.
