Maintenance Object Statistics

You can use this query view MaintenanceObjectStatisticsQuery (Statistics for functional locations and pieces of equipment) to analyze statistical information for equipment and functional locations related to their acquisition value.

Displaying Your Data Analysis

Using SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, Edition for Microsoft Excel you can analyze data by inserting the desired query view in Excel. You can then define the analysis results by dragging and dropping the attributes offered by the query to the drop zone. To narrow down the results of the analysis, you can then add filters to the attributes. Total number of functional locations	Number of functional locations according to the selection criteria
Total number of pieces of equipment	Number of pieces of equipment according to the selection criteria
Number of functional locations with single piece of equipment	Number of functional locations with following fulfilled conditions: Indicator Equipment Installation allowed is set Indicator Single Installation is set
Number of functional locations without equipment installed	Number of functional locations with following fulfilled conditions: Indicator Equipment Installation allowed is not set Indicator Single Installation is not set
Number of functional locations with collective installation	Number of functional locations with following fulfilled conditions: Indicator Equipment Installation allowed is set Indicator Single Installation is not set
Acquisition value	The acquisition value of technical objects is in the display currency. The acquisition date is taken to ascertain the exchange rate for currency conversion. If no acquisition date is entered for the technical object its creation date is taken.

Reuse Views Used

In this query example, the following reuse views are used:

Names of materials in different languages (MaterialName)
Master data for functional locations (FunctionalLocation)
Master data for pieces of equipment (Equipment)

You can automatically generate details, for example, a list of the measures and attributes, tables and views for each reuse view which is used in this query using the Auto Documentation function.

To create the auto documentation proceed as follows:

In the SAP HANA Studio, choose Window Open Perspective Modeler .
On the Quick Launch tab page, choose Auto Documentation.
Choose the package and choose Add.
Enter a target location path and choose Finish.

One PDF document is created for each view.
