 On-Time Performance Arrival

 

The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) On-Time Performance Arrival. You can display the percentage of freight orders that arrived on time at customer sites regarding the expected arrival date and time.

Key Features

  • Calculation rules:

    The query delivers the total number of Freight Orders or Freight Bookings based on the chosen Transportation Order Category (SAP Event Management visibility scenario) that arrived On Time and meet the following conditions:

    • Event Code is 'ARRIV_DEST'

    • Event Status is 'R' (reported)

    • The expected event ARRIV_DEST is reported on time (actual event date and time for the event is later than or equal to expected event date and time)

    • The total number of Freights (100%) is reduced by the Number Of Excluded Events. Events are excluded if they are wrongly maintained in the System (for example no existing Time Zone). In addition several attributes and dates are given for a possible drill-down.

  • Generic drill down: You can use the following measures:

    • BAR-CHART 1: By Carrier

    • BAR-CHART 2: By TransportationMode

    • BAR-CHART 3: By EventLocationCountry and EventLocation

  • The business benefit of this KPI is that it provides a clear picture of your Freight Orders or Freight Booking which are on time, delayed and early arrived. It also provides information regarding excluded Events.
