 My Accounts


With the transactional app My Accounts you can search for corporate accounts stored in the back end, either your own accounts or all accounts. You can display general data of a selected account as well as other related data, such as contacts, leads, and opportunities, and share or discuss the information in SAP Jam. You can use the app to prepare for a meeting with an account.

Note that this app version is deprecated. We recommend that you install the app available with the software component UICRM001 100. If you have already implemented the deprecated version, we recommend to switch to the version available with component UICRM001 100.

Key Features

  • Search for corporate accounts

  • Switch views to display either your own accounts or all accounts

  • Display key figures of an account, such as the expected sales volume of opportunities

  • Display an overview of contacts, notes, tasks, appointments, attachments, leads, and opportunities for an account

  • Navigate to more detailed information for contacts, notes, tasks, appointments, attachments, leads, and opportunities

  • Share account information in SAP Jam groups and discuss it in SAP Jam feeds

  • Change the layout of the search result list by selecting columns and changing the order in which they are displayed

Account Search

You can enter the first and/or second part of the name (Name 1 and/or Name 2). In both cases, you can enter fragments of a name.

If you use an SAP HANA database, you can search for names containing your search string anywhere in the name. With other databases, you can only search for names starting with your search string.

You can also search using an ID.

Navigation Targets

The app offers the possibility to directly access other apps (for example to display detailed information).

System Landscape Requirements

The app consists of front-end components (such as the user interfaces) and back-end components (such as the OData service). The back-end and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori.
