Installation Information

Each SAP Fiori app consists of front-end components (such as the user interface) and back-end components (such as the OData service). The product SAP Fiori 1.0 for SAP CRM contains the front-end components of a bundle of SAP Fiori apps and has to be installed on your front-end server.

To be able to implement and use the contained SAP Fiori apps, you have to ensure that the corresponding back-end components of these apps are available on your back-end server:

Note If you want to implement the product on SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP CRM or a lower release, you need to install the software component containing the back-end components of the apps (that is, GBX02CRM 700) separately on your back-end system. This software component is delivered with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM. To install the apps for a lower back-end release, we recommend that you install both the front-end and back-end components with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM.
