With Leads, you can display the leads in which you are the employee responsible.
With this KPI, you can check the following information:
The number of leads in which you are the employee responsible
The leads corresponding to the different priorities defined in the CRM back-end system; for example, very high, high, medium, or low; the top 3 priorities corresponding to the number of leads are displayed
The grouping of leads corresponding to the different qualifications defined in the CRM back-end system; for example, hot, warm, or cold; the top 3 priorities corresponding to the number of leads are displayed
All leads grouped by priority, qualification, and end date
Column charts and diamond charts that allow you to view the leads corresponding to various groupings
Additional details from drilling down into specific components of the chart
Filtered values, using the filter control for priorities and qualifications and the slider control for months
Calculations: The number of leads based on the dimensions (for example, priority, qualification, month, or quarter)

Grouped by priority
By default, the chart displays the number of leads grouped according to the different priorities defined in the CRM back-end system.
In the first level of the drill-down, the chart lists the leads corresponding to the specific priority (for example, if you chose the column corresponding to Very High, a pop-over window lists the leads that are of very high priority. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific lead and navigate to the My Leads app (transactional). Alternatively, you can choose View Details to view the listed leads grouped by month.
Grouped by month
When you launch this grouping from the initial screen, the chart displays all the leads corresponding to the months in a year.
Note
When you navigate to this grouping from the priority grouping, the chart only displays the selected leads (and these leads are displayed against the corresponding months).
In the first level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific lead and view basic details such as the lead name, priority, qualification, and end date. Alternatively, you can choose View Details to navigate to the My Leads app (transactional).
Grouped by qualification
In this view, all leads are grouped according to the different qualifications defined in the CRM back-end system.
In the first level of the drill-down, the chart lists the leads corresponding to the specific qualification (for example, if you chose the column corresponding to Hot, a pop-over window lists all the promising leads. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific lead and navigate to the My Leads app (transactional). Alternatively, you can choose View Details to view the listed leads grouped by month.
Grouped by quarter
In this view, all leads are grouped according to the quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4).
In the first level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific lead and view basic details such as the lead name, priority, qualification, and end date. Alternatively, you can choose View Details to navigate to the My Leads app (transactional).
