With the transactional app My Team Calendar you can view the upcoming events, trainings, leaves, and work schedule of your peers or direct reports.

Key Features
  • An employee who is concurrently employed can use the app for a chosen personnel assignment

  • View the upcoming leaves and trainings of your peers or direct reports

    Note

    You can view the biweekly data on a desktop or tablet, but a weekly data on any mobile device.

  • View work schedule of your peers or direct reports

  • By default, you can view only the employees with events along with your details. You also have the option to view all the employees.

    Note

    You can view the details of the events by choosing the event on the calendar.

System Landscape Requirements

In order to be able to implement this app, your system landscape has to be enabled for SAP Fiori. One of the requirements for your system landscape is that your back-end product meets the required product version stack:
