Request Access for OthersLocate this document in the navigation structure

With the transactional app Request Access for Others you can search for and select a user and then select the roles that allow that user to access specific applications within your company landscape. Once you select the roles that you want, you submit your request for access. Roles are assigned once the request is approved. You can use the app Check Request Status to track the approval status of the request.

Key Features

  • Search user by First Name, Last Name, and User ID or by Email depending on your configuration

  • Select roles with 1 click

  • Specify a reason for the request or choose a predefined reason

  • Submit the request for access

  • Check the status of your request with the Check Request Status app

System Landscape Requirements

In order to be able to implement this app, your system landscape has to be enabled for SAP Fiori. One of the requirements for your system landscape is that your back-end product meets the required product version stack:
