Abstract for SAP Fiori apps.

With the transactional app My Appointments you can create and manage appointments. If you change appointments or create new ones within the app, they are synchronized with the CRM back end, and are also visible to colleagues there if they are entered as attendees.
Note This app is available in two software components, in different app versions. We recommend that you install the software component UICRM001 100. The software component UIX02CRM 100 is deprecated. If you have already implemented UIX02CRM, we recommend that you switch to the component UICRM001 100.
Key Features
  • Switch between the monthly view, weekly view, and daily view of the calendar. Click a specific day in the thumbnail of the month, to display it on the screen.
  • Display details about accounts and contacts

  • Create new appointments, enter internal and external attendees, and assign an account and contact
  • Enter notes for an appointment

  • Attach documents to an appointment

  • Create appointments using multiple transactions

  • Create follow up appointments, follow up tasks, and follow up opportunities

  • Change the employee responsible for an appointment

  • Edit or delete an attachment

  • View calendars of other employees

    Note Private appointments in calendars of other employees are displayed as free time slots in the app.
  • View transaction errors and transaction history

Technical Features

In addition, this app supports the following technical features and options. Some of these features require additional components or settings in your system landscape:

  • This app contains features based on SAP Jam. To use these features SAP Jam has to be integrated in your SAP Fiori system landscape. For more information, see Integrating SAP Jam.

Linked apps have to be already available in your system landscape or you have to implement them along with this app.
