Key Features

Map display

In the Recipient Stores tile, you can find a map for displaying stores receiving deliveries.

Key Facts

This is key data prominently displayed in fact sheets. This fact sheet shows the following key facts:

Sales Value. This has two possible totals:

  • Total of all sales values for all articles of the allocation table (sales prices on distribution chain level)

  • Total of the values of generated sales orders, if external customers are involved

Activity Status: This displays the status of the follow-on document processing. The activity status has four values:

  • Not Active Follow-on documents have not yet been generated

  • Partially Active Follow-on documents have already been generated for individual sites on this level

  • Active Follow-on documents have been generated for all sites on this level

  • Completed The allocation is complete for this level; all goods movements have been carried out

Maintenance Status: This displays the status and the options for allocation table maintenance. The maintenance status is related to header level and item level of the allocation table. It has four values:

  • New - Level is new; no follow-on document generation possible

  • Released - Level is released for follow-on document generation

  • In Process - Items changed or added (header); item data changed, no follow-on document generation possible (item)

  • Incomplete Item was saved with incomplete data

System Landscape Requirements

In order to be able to implement this app, your system landscape has to be enabled for SAP Fiori. One of the requirements for your system landscape is that your back-end product meets the required product version stack:
