Specific Drilldowns:
Grouped by priority
By default, the chart displays the number of activities per account, grouped according to the different priorities defined in the CRM back-end system.
In the first level of the drill-down, the chart lists the activities corresponding to the specific priority (for example, if you chose the bar corresponding to Very High, a pop-over window lists the activities that are of very high priority. There is also an option to view details.
In the next level of the drill-down, you can choose View Details to view the listed activities grouped by month.
Grouped by month
When you launch this grouping from the initial screen, the chart displays all the activities corresponding to the months in a year.
Note
When you navigate to this grouping from the priority grouping, the chart only displays the selected activities (and these activities are displayed against the corresponding months).
In the first level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific activity and view basic details such as the activity name, priority, and end date. Alternatively, you can choose Account to navigate to the specific account that contains this activity (in the My Accounts app (transactional)).
Grouped by quarter
In this view, all activities are grouped according to the quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4).
In the first level of the drill-down, you can choose a specific activity and view basic details such as the activity name, priority, and end date. Alternatively, you can choose Account to navigate to the specific account that contains this activity (in the My Accounts app (transactional)).
