 Individual Appraisals

Definition

A type of appraisal where one or more appraisers collectively appraise one or more persons or objects. Only one appraisal is created. If an appraisal is an anonymous individual appraisal, the only information stored on the appraisers is the number of appraisers involved.

Use

Use appraisals models of the type ( anonymous ) individual appraisal to depict appraisal systems where only one appraisal is to be created, regardless of how many appraisers and appraisees are involved.

Individual appraisals are suitable for the following appraisal systems:

  • Annual personnel review

Once a year, a supervisor talks to his employees and appraises them.
