Employees can use this service to check the status of their shopping carts.

Prerequisites

  • You have activated the business function SRM, Self-Service Procurement (SRM_SELF_SERVICE_1) in transaction Switch Framework Customizing (SFW5) and the related Customizing switches in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under: Start of the navigation path SRM Server Next navigation step Cross-Application Basic Settings Next navigation step Self-Service Procurement End of the navigation path.

  • You have assigned the PFCG role SAP SRM: Employee (/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE_EHP1) and the corresponding portal role Employee Self-Service - EHP1 (com.sap.pct.srm.core.ro_employeeselfservice) to your employees.

Features

Employees can do the following:

  • View, edit, print, or delete their orders.

  • Check the status of their orders.

  • Export the POWL result to Microsoft Excel.

  • Confirm their orders.
