While defining a new query (see Definition of Queries) you have to define a query header. The query header contains administrative data and result restrictions.
The definition of query header includes the following:
Administrative Data
You have to define the ID beginning with A to Z, and the description of the query. You can also change the owner who, by default, is identical with the creator of the query. The system automatically defines the query creator, and the creation time or last change time.
Result Restrictions
Result restrictions, such as row limit and sort sequence number, are relevant for query result fields. For more information, see Definition of Query Result Fields.
For more information about the setting of individual fields, see the field help and input help texts.
