Use

You can transfer change documents from the database and archive them on external storage devices. Thus, you can significantly reduce the dataset in your database.

You use Archive Administration (transaction SARA ) to archive change documents. For more information about archiving, see Archive Administration .

The change documents are archived using an archiving object in which the structure and composition of the data is described.

To archive change documents of infotypes from Personnel Planning, in transaction SARA , use the archiving object CHANGEDOCU .
