 Processing Pendulum List Master Data

Use

You use pendulum list master data processing to create master data and basic assignments (to wholesalers and materials, for example), or adjust data if there have been changes before you carry out recurring activities in pendulum list management. These settings are a prerequisite so that the system can:

  • Create sales requests for wholesalers

  • Transfer reported sales to the system

  • Perform updates in the ERP environment.

Process Flow

  1. Create request data

  2. Create conversion data for customers and materials

  3. Create update data .

Result

The system can

  • Automatically determine the assortments and materials required for the sales requests for each wholesaler

  • Read in sales reports and add missing details automatically

  • Update the entered data.
