Document Storage with Knowledge Provider

With the interfaces (BAPIs) to the Document Management System (DMS), you can use Knowledge Provider (KPro) to store reports and report templates outside the SAP system. This reduces the memory capacity load on the SAP database. You can specify for each document type whether you want to use KPro. When you activate storage with KPro, all new documents are stored in the corresponding storage system.
