Compensation Programs

A compensation program is a set of compensation plans assigned to a combination of first and second compensation program groupings in infotype Compensation Programs (0758) . Groupings help you differentiate employees for compensation purposes on the basis of various attributes. By doing so, you control macro eligibility and determine whether or not employees belonging to different combinations are eligible for different compensation plans.
