Object documentationAssigned Objects (Infotype 7432)

Infotype in which the system stores information about the objects that are assigned to the agenda topics of a talent review meeting.

While preparing a talent review meeting, the talent management specialist creates an agenda. He or she can store a note on a talent for agenda topics for discussing talents. He or she can also set a check indicator for a talent. This indicator states that he or she has checked whether all the information required for the talent review meeting is available for the talent.

The system creates a record for the Assigned Objects infotype in the background for the talent review meeting and stores this information and the ID of the talent review meeting in the record (object type RM).

Structure

In the Assigned Objects infotype, the system defines the following information:

  • Object type and object ID of the assigned object

For agenda topics of type Talent, this is the object type CP (Central Person) and the ID of the central person of the assigned talent.

  • Check indicator for the talent

  • ID and document class of a personal note for the talent

  • ID and document class of a note stored for the talent that is visible for all participants while the talent review meeting is in progress
