Finding Objects for a Development Plan

Choose Human resources Personnel management Personnel development Information system Find For development plan.
The Search Function for Development Plan dialog box appears.
Position the cursor on the development plan you want, and choose Transfer.
The Find Objects for Development Plan screen appears. The system displays a list of all persons who have been, or are currently participating in the development plan.
From this list, you can access information on each person:

Position the cursor on the line you require in the list, and proceed as follows:

Profile

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Individual development planning End of the navigation path .

The Display Individual Development Planning screen appears.

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Development plan history. End of the navigation path

The Display Development Plan History screen appears.

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Profile. End of the navigation path

The <Object type>: Change Profile (<Data selection period>) screen appears.
