Displaying Logs
Use
You have the option of displaying a log to tell you whether Creating Inspection Plans was successful. If specific Prerequisites are not fulfilled, the system cannot create the inspection plans successfully.
You can correct any errors manually in the inspection plan created, or create the inspection plan again once you have edited all relevant data, thus updating the existing inspection plan.
Prerequisites
You have created an Inspection Plan .
Procedure
Call the transaction EHQL.
Enter the required selection criteria and choose
.
The log display screen appears.
On the left, an overview list of all created inspection plans is displayed:
Inspection plans with a red icon were created with errors.
Inspection plans with a green icon were created without errors.
Double-click one of the inspection plans to display the details.
On the right, the individual messages appear that the system generated in the course of creating the inspection plans:
Messages with a red icon are error messages.
Messages with a green icon are information messages.
Messages with a yellow icon are warning messages.
By double-clicking the message you can display the long text if one exists.
Note
In the toolbar, an overview shows the number of messages of each type.
