View Layout for Specification

The following views are available in the standard system:

• General

  This contains basic information about the specification.

• Linked Materials

  This displays materials that are assigned to this specification.

• Used/Reserved Change Numbers

  This displays the change numbers with which the specification was created, changed, or deleted. Change numbers that have not yet been used, but that are reserved for future maintenance of the specification are also displayed.

• Where-Used List

  This displays objects in which the specification is used.

• Linked Documents

  This displays documents that are assigned to this specification.

• Linked Engineering Records

  This displays all the engineering records with which the specification has been changed, created, or deleted.

• Linked Labels

  This displays the labels that are assigned with the specification.
