 Deleting Output Variants

Prerequisites

  • You have change authorization for the output variant group from which you want to delete the output variant.

    Note Note

    The EMPTY group contains the output variants you specified in Customizing. You cannot delete these output variants.

  • You have run a specification search or loaded a set of hits and are on the hit list screen or on the screens for editing the header data of a specification.

Procedure

  1. Choose with the quick info text Edit Output Variants .

    The Edit Output Variant: Group Overview dialog box appears.

  2. Position the cursor on the output variant you want to delete, choose with the quick info text Delete , and save your entries.

    Note Note

    The output variant is not entered in the clipboard. If you want to transfer the output variant to the clipboard, choose with the quick info text Cut .
