In every phase of the process, employees can see a table with the appraisal documents for which they have to perform tasks within the selected time period. For example, the employee's self-assessment is not yet in the document. You can choose the relevant icon to call the appraisal document and enter the goal assessment. The appraisal document includes the following, depending on the selected settings:
Graphical and temporal display of the phases in the appraisal process (planning, review, appraisal).
You can upload one or more files, such as PDF files, as attachments to the appraisal document. These files apply to the entire document, they are not restricted to one particular goal. In the planning
and review
phases, employees can replace the entered manager with another manager.
Entries: For example: Administrative data, event overview, processing status of the phase (example: Complete Planning Phase)
Overall Appraisal
For example, in the Appraisal
phase, you can display the rating of the individual goals or the rating of the competency and development goals that a person, such as a manager or part appraiser, gave.
Individual Goals

phase, you can display the individual goals and their ratings by the executing role.
Competency and Development Goals

Team Goals

Corporate Goals and Core Values
